The upcoming issue of People Country, Miranda’s mother shares some intimate stories of the event.
As you would expect with a funny-man groom like Blake, the day was certainly filled with plenty of laughter. “It was a really fun and light-hearted wedding,” Miranda’s mother Bev told People. “Every person there said it was far and away the best party they’d ever been to.”
Prior to the ceremony, Miranda experienced a particularly moving moment when she had her bridesmaids pray over her.
“That was very emotional for her – she had some pretty tearful moments,” Bev said.
Bev also revealed that the bride wasn’t the only emotional one on the big day. Her groom was clearly moved. ”He could not take his eyes off of her the entire day,” Miranda’s Mom says.
