Songs For Japan Now In Stores

Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum have helped raise five-million-dollars for hurricane and tsunami relief efforts in Japan. The money has been generated through sales of the compilation album Songs for Japan a multi-label, multi-genre fundraising effort.

For the project Urban's hit "Better Life" and Lady A's "I Run To You" are featured on the 38-track set, along with music from U2, Elton John, Madonna, John Lennon, and many others.

The artists, labels, and music publishers contributing to the project all donated their royalties to the cause. "Songs For Japan" was released digitally in March, and last a physical copy arrived in stores.

Money raised is going to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
