, features a special appearance from his friend Clint Eastwood. Clint actually whistles on the instrumental track "Eastwood." Brad and his wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley met Clint and his wife Dina several years ago at the White House. Brad and Kimberly also honeymooned at a mission ranch Clint owns in California, and they ended up spending the weekend with the Eastwoods. Brad says, "I never dreamed I'd ever get to know him like that, you know. Got to have many hour-long conversations with him about things, and our friendship was born."
Brad keeps in touch with the Eastwoods pretty regularly these days. Dina recently attended an American Idol taping and sent a shout-out to Brad from American Idol winner Scotty McCreery.
Scotty and booted Idol finalist James Durbin actually performed Brad's duet with Keith Urban, "Start a Band," recently, and Brad says it was "really wild to see them do it." He adds, "Waiting on the royalty check on that."
