New First For Taylor Swift

Yahoo's OMG is reporting Taylor Swift has postponed a show for the first time in her career.  Doctor's orders required the singer to skip the performance at the Yum Center in Louisville.

"This is my first time having to do this. I'm so, so sorry." was the message Taylor sent on her Twitter account.

If you checked Twitter Saturday, get-well wishes to Taylor were among the most popular international trends in the day. 

The show was until October 11. Swift has a short break now before her tour resumes in Charlotte, North Carolina this Friday.  The tour is support of the multi-platinum "Speak Now" project.
