The "Brickyard 400 presented by BigMachineRecords.com" is the first time a label has ever presented a national televised race in the 100-year history of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The pre-race performances July 31 feature Rascal Flatts (who will also perform the National Anthem), while Reba will sing "America The Beautiful." That morning, Justin Moore, The Band Perry, Brantley Gilbert, Thomas Rhett and others will perform acoustic sets, and several artists will be available to meet fans and sign autographs.
BMLG also recently sponsored driver Dan Wheldon, winner of the 2011 Indianapolis 500. "Music and racing are in my DNA," says Big Machine Label Group President/CEO Scott Borchetta. "If you don't have tickets, run, don't walk – this is going to be an incredible day."
