Conan will lighten the mood at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Mo. April 2, prior to Faith taking the stage with a rare performance.
All proceeds from the event will benefit St. Louis' Bob Costas Cancer Center, which was established more than 40 years ago. The center is a vital part of Cardinal Glennon hospital and contains a four-bed bone marrow/stem cell transplant unit and a pediatric research center, among other features.

Faith's latest song is 'Give In to Me,' which she recorded for the 'Country Strong' movie soundtrack. 'Country Strong,' which stars Faith's hubby, Tim McGraw, and Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow, hits theaters nationwide January 7, 2011. The movie's soundtrack can be found in stores now.
