Julianne Hough, Ryan Seacrest Not Engaged

Julianne Hough isn't planning to head down the aisle anytime soon. Her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest is denying rumors that he's proposed. In an interview with ABC's "Good Morning, America", the "American Idol" host said, quote, "I'm not engaged." But he added that he's "very happy" in his relationship 
with Hough. Hough, meanwhile, has raved about Ryan, characterizing him as a "phenomenal" main squeeze.
