Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles Talks Fitness

People.com uncovered the secret to Sugarland singer Jennifer Nettles’ great look. She doesn’t let life get in the way of exercise.


“I exercise five to six days a week,” the singer admits to PEOPLE. “When I’m home I try to do my weight training because it’s hard to have that amount of energy on the road when you’re not sleeping well.”


Jennifer also starts everyday off with yogurt and fresh fruit before hitting the yoga mat with famed instructor Rod Stryker, who joins the band on the road. Jennifer also enjoys running and swimming to stay in shape.
