Jimmy Buffett UPDATE: Leaves Hospital Following Treatment For Stage Fall

Jimmy Buffett is bouncing back after taking a tumble during a show in Sydney, Australia earlier this week. A post on the singer's website says he's been released from the hospital and is "doing well." 


Jimmy was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital after he made a wrong move during a concert at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion and fell from the stage. 


TMZ.com says doctors gave Buffett the OK to leave after seeing the results of a CAT scan, which showed no signs of trauma. "It looked like he did a massive face plant after his encore and pretty much didn't get up," audience member Dan Bateman told Australia's Daily Telegraph newspaper. "


We were told to leave the premises ... No one really wanted to leave because everyone was anxious to know if he survived the fall. Everyone was pretty horrified." Jimmy's next scheduled concert is April 16 in Tampa, Fla.
