Are Julianne Hough and Ryan Seacrest Engaged?

During the 2011 Grammy Awards pre-show chatting with Keith Urban, when Ryan Seacrest first started to speak with Urban before the awards show, Urban slyly smiled — and he then told Seacrest, “Congratulations.”


Let the speculation begin.  It is a well known fact that Ryan Seacrest has been dating Julianne Hough, since April 2010. 


Was Urban congratulating Seacrest because the couple is engaged? Despite their 14 year age gap, it seems like a viable conclusion considering that Seacrest and Hough seem to be head over heels for each other.
