Linda Ronstadt is opening up about her life in an upcoming memoir titled In "Heart Like A Wheel."
Linda will chronicle her career, from her rise to fame to the critical acclaim she's received over the years as a performer in multiple genres. Ronstadt's global album sales have topped the 100-million mark, and had success in rock, pop, country, jazz, Latin, and opera as well as on Broadway.
Linda began her career in the mid 1960s with the band The Stone Poneys. She's naming her book after her 1974 solo album, which established her as one of music's top artists.
The CD gave Linda her first pop chart-topper with "You're No Good" and her first country number one with "When Will I Be Loved."
Simon & Schuster is behind the project, and plans to publish "Heart Like A Wheel" in 2013.
