Cracker Barrel stores will be the only place you can get the newest members of the Grand Ole' Opry's latest release. The Oak Ridge Boys CD, "It's Only Natural" will be available at the store September 19th. The band has been recording music together for 30 years, and the new CD has a re-recording of Elvira and five new songs.
The Oaks were officially welcomed into the Grand Ole' Opry Saturday night in Nashville. Jimmy Dickens welcomed the group into the Opry's membership, walking on stage as a 4'11" replica of William Lee Golden complete with beard.
The project is the latest in a line of exclusive music deals done by Cracker Barrel. The program has included cuts in the past from Jason Michael Carroll, Kenny Rogers and The Grascals among others.
The band’s songs “Lucky Moon,” “No Matter How High,” “Gonna Take a Lot of River,” “Beyond Those Yearsand “True Heart” will all be featured on the album. Joe Bonsall wrote one of the new songs on the CD, “Sacrifice…for Me,” The song is dedicated to America’s heroes.
