Aaron Tippin Helps Couple Pop The Question

Tippin helped make a couple’s dream come true at his recent concert at Bantia Creek Hall in Nacogdoches, TX.

Ryan Van Zandt asked Tippin to help him propose to his girlfriend. Tippin was more than happy to lend a hand. Van Zandt’s girlfriend was so impressed with everything that she assured her finace’ and Tippin that their first dance as a married couple would be to the tune “For You I Will,” recorded by Tippin.

Ryan Van Zandt goes on to say, “The show was outstanding. Mr. Tippin was a gentleman when we met with him and he really made our experience special. We can't thank him enough. The show last night in Nacogdoches, TX was a nonstop roller coaster ride. The energy Aaron Tippin brought to the show was a pure adrenaline rush. I couldn't help but feed off his energy the whole evening. Never a dull moment. His interaction with the crowd created a sense of companionship, as if we were part of the show. It was definitely the best concert experience I've ever had”!

Aaron Tippin Returns From His 10th Trip Overseas

Aaron Tippin is back home in Tennessee for Christmas after spending Thanksgiving in Afghanistan, as part of a 10-day tour there.

He traveled with Stars for Stripes, a nonprofit organization.
"Once again, our guys and gals have demonstrated that they are the best and most professional warriors on the face of the planet!"

After his performance at Forward Operating Base Spin Boldak, Afghanistan, Tippin performed push-ups as members of the 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, applied the honorary spurs to his boots. A tradition within the Army Cavalry, spurs are given to soldiers within the unit who have been to combat. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Corey Sparks.)

Did you know that it all started 21 years ago with Bob Hope? Aaron is the 1st country entertainer to travel with Bob Hope to the Persian Gulf to entertain our troops back in 1991. Tippin performed his famous song, “You’ve Got to Stand for Something.”
