CountryTune.com reports folks in Texas could be the first to hear Keith Urban sing again after his surgery. Urban is scheduled for a February 10th fundraising performance at the Austin City Limits Moody Theater.From there, Urban is set to perform at the Rodeo and Stock Show in San Antonio the following night.
