Randy Houser Gets His First Platinum Digital Single

Houser’s recent smash hit “Runnin’ Outta Moonlight” has been certified Platinum by the RIAA for sales of more than one million units. This is the first Platinum digital single for Houser, who has been frequently praised by industry, critics and fans as one of Nashville’s best vocalists since he released his first album in 2008. The song spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles Chart, and was the second consecutive No. 1 single from his album How Country Feels, following the Gold-certified title song.
“I can’t even begin to thank everyone for their support,” said Houser. “Country music fans are the greatest fans in the world!”

Houser is performing at fairs and festivals throughout the summer and fall, before hitting the road in November with Justin Moore and Josh Thompson for the “Off the Beaten Path Tour.” For tour dates and more information, visit www.RandyHouser.com. Kenny Chesney Again Notches BIG Numbers

Kenny Chesney's second night at Gillette Stadium and final No Shoes Nation show took off like a bobsled, slamming through four songs including the gold certified "Pirate Flag" before he took a breath.
With an a cappella "Whatever makes you feel like a rock star" and one crashing downbeat,

Both nights, the crowd of 109,207 was on its feet, singing along with the 8-time Entertainer of the Year's two hour-plus set.

"There's energy, and then there's energy," an exhausted Chesney said, coming offstage the second night. "The fans in Boston have always been very, very special to us. These were our 10th and 11th shows at Gillette; every year, it just gets more intense."

To celebrate the milestone, the Kraft family had a Super Bowl-style banner hung permanently near an end zone to commemorate the naming of the No Shoes Nation in 2012. The blue and white vertical flag rippled in the wind as Chesney and his band blazed through a 27 song set that included guest appearances from tourmates Kasey Musgraves on "Come Over," the Eli Young Band on "Take It Easy" and Eric Church for the current single "When I See This Bar," which the Luttrell, Tennessean told the crowd, "There's a radio version but we're going to do the album version" and dedicated the final verse to his many friends who shared his coming of age in the Virgin Islands.

"It's an incredible life," Chesney says. "Looking over and seeing all those faces, it was like 'When I See This Bar' was happening right there on stage right... and having Eric sing it with me, a guy who knows what it means to punch it out in a little dive bar with nobody there, well, that's everything that song is! And everybody's been there."

Justin Moore Partners With Razorbacks (Ask If A&O&B Is Surprised!)

The Arkansas native and hit singer/songwriter will perform a free public concert on Friday Sept. 13 at the University of Arkansas, beginning at 7 p.m. Held in parking lot 56 on campus, the special event is sponsored by Razorback Athletics and will be a part of Family Weekend, which amps up the excitement for the Arkansas’ home football game against Southern Mississippi at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 14. Justin will attend the game as a special guest of the University of Arkansas, cheering on his favorite team … the Razorbacks!

“I'm thrilled to marry two things that I love together, Country music and the Arkansas Razorbacks,” Justin said.  “There is no better place for me to play on a Friday night than my home state of  Arkansas  and no better place to be on a Saturday than up on the hill. “The fact that we can do both at the same time, is very cool.  Not to mention, it coincides with the album coming out. Can't wait to call the Hogs!”

“We are pleased to help kick off the University of Arkansas’ Family Weekend with a free concert by Arkansan Justin Moore,” Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “We appreciate Justin coming to be a part of this special weekend that brings families together for a variety of activities throughout campus. The concert will also be an opportunity for country music fans to get exclusive content from Justin. We hope fans will take advantage of this opportunity to return to campus and enjoy some great music the night before we take on Southern Mississippi.”

Justin, who was raised in Poyen and currently resides in Little Rock, will perform songs from his first two GOLD-certified albums, JUSTIN MOORE and OUTLAWS LIKE ME, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. The projects include three #1 hits – “Small Town USA,” “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away” and “Til’ My Last Day” – many of which he co-wrote from experiences in Arkansas. He will also debut new music from his upcoming album OFF THE BEATEN PATH, including his latest Top 10 “Point At You,” slated for release on 9/17. Justin will also stick around after Friday night’s concert to sign autographs and pose for pictures with fans.

Further displaying some homestate pride, Justin and Razorback Athletics are teaming to offer custom merchandise. An exclusive package (limited edition CD, official Razorback branded Justin Moore t-shirt) will also be available in the tent outside of Hog Heaven at Bud Walton Arena.
